Founded in 2006 in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, with registered capital of RMB 97 million, Gaosheng Huayu is a specialized manufacturer of belt conveyor core supporting equipment — hydraulic belt winders, hydraulic take-up systems, variable-frequency tensioners, disc brake systems, transfer units, self-advancing tail sections, backstops and mine flameproof control boxes.
The company employs 200+ staff, including professors, associate professors, senior engineers and mid-level technical personnel. It operates 60,000+ m² of modern production facilities with an annual output capacity exceeding RMB 300 million, holding 69 patents. All products carry MA Coal Mine Safety Certification and ISO 9001 quality management certification.
Through deep cooperation with China University of Mining and Technology (CUMT), the company has completed over ten research projects — including the national key project for mine confined-water disaster prevention equipment, designed and manufactured entirely by our company with a 500-ton hydraulic system (30-ton total weight), a domestic first. Our hydraulic products are also applied in national aerospace laboratories.
