Technical Support

Technical Support & After-Sales Service

What happens before you order — and after your equipment ships. Support is part of the product, delivered by the same factory that built it.

Before You Order

Engineering Support, From the First Email

You deal with engineers, not sales scripts. Send your conveyor specifications and we check feasibility before quoting.

Technical Documentation

Datasheets, product specifications and certificate copies available on request — the same documents our domestic mining customers receive. Ask and we send them.

Drawings & Dimensional Data

General arrangement and installation dimensions to help you verify fit on your conveyor before ordering. For customized projects we produce drawings for your approval.

Selection & Matching Support

Send your belt width, capacity, belt speed, conveyor length and environment — our engineers recommend the matching tensioning or component solution, including for retrofit on existing conveyors.

After Delivery

Support After the Equipment Ships

The question every overseas buyer asks: "What if something goes wrong?" Here is the answer, in writing.

Installation Guidance

Installation and operation manuals ship with the equipment. Our engineers support your team remotely during installation and answer questions in writing throughout.

Commissioning Support

For first-time setups and major retrofits, commissioning support can be arranged as part of the project scope — agreed in the contract before you commit.

Remote Technical Support

Troubleshooting by email, WhatsApp and video call with the engineers who designed the equipment — direct to the factory, no agent in between.

Spare Parts

Wear Parts & Spares, Years After Delivery

We keep production records for the equipment we build. When you need seals, hydraulic valves, brake pads, rollers or control components years later, we can identify the exact part from your machine's record and supply it — because the factory that built it still exists and still runs.

  • Identifiable spares: each unit's production record is kept at the factory
  • Common wear parts stocked or quickly re-machined in-house
  • Long-term supply — the same factory, 20 years and counting
