Founded in 2006 in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, with registered capital of RMB 97 million, Jiangsu Gaosheng Huayu Electric Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of belt conveyor core supporting equipment, including hydraulic belt winders, hydraulic tensioners, variable-frequency tensioners, disc brake systems, transfer units, self-advancing tail sections, backstops and mine flameproof control boxes.
The company employs 200+ staff, including professors, associate professors, senior engineers and mid-level technical personnel. The JY Series hydraulic belt winder uses a hydraulic motor to clamp, pull and wind conveyor belts, fully mechanizing belt recovery. Traditional manual recovery — cutting, pulling out, folding and carrying the belt — is labor-intensive, slow and hazardous. The JY winder automatically completes clamping, pulling, cutting, winding into a coil and 360° rotating discharge. Designed for underground extendable belt conveyors, it is also used in ports, power plants, cement plants and steel mills.

Long-distance belt conveyors require dynamically adjustable tension. The ZY (DYL) series combines hydraulic actuation with mechanical locking for reliable, adjustable tension control of medium belt conveyors. It normally operates without a winch and with a smaller stroke, ideal for belts under 800 m and space-constrained installations.

The ZJ series uses an electric tension winch with automatic control and tension-sensor feedback. It provides startup tension and maintains constant running tension, automatically adjusting when over-tension occurs due to loading or temperature. The ZPJ series uses a VFD-driven winch with vector control. Startup and running tension can be freely set (startup tension up to 1.4~1.5× running tension). Developed from mathematical model analysis combined with international advanced technology, the KPZ disc brake provides reliable braking for upward, downward and horizontal conveyors. Under PLC control it performs over-speed braking and stop braking on downhill conveyors, with secondary and constant-torque braking options. Backstops prevent reverse runaway of loaded inclined belt conveyors when the drive stops suddenly. The NJZ/NJ wedge-type backstop mounts directly on the reducer output shaft or drive pulley shaft. Precision heat-treated alloy-steel wedges provide accurate engagement, high load capacity and easy release — with the drive system remaining fully unloaded during the locked state, allowing safe maintenance.

NF non-contact backstops use special wedge geometry and centrifugal force so that rotating and stationary elements have no physical contact during forward operation — zero wear, zero drag and long service life — while still engaging reliably in reverse. CKF-A is designed for high-speed anti-reverse duty and can also serve as a dual-drive overrunning clutch. Available in N and S rotation directions.

The JD electric belt winder uses an explosion-proof motor and hardened-gear reducer for mechanized belt recovery. Simple structure, easy operation, compact footprint for underground space, low failure rate, and serviceable without stopping the conveyor. Ideal for extendable belt conveyors and as a standalone unit for scrap belt recovery or belt installation. For belts wider than 1400 mm, hydraulic drive is recommended.

Belt misalignment directly affects conveyor operation and belt life. Gaosheng Huayu offers four complementary correction technologies for all conveyor types in mining, power, metallurgy and chemical industries.
No external power required — belt contact drives low-speed DC generators that rotate the correction idler, returning the belt to center. Fast response, unaffected by temperature, low cost, patented.

The DDZ belt break capture device is a purely mechanical, fail-safe protection device that instantly captures and holds a broken belt, preventing catastrophic runaway that could damage equipment and endanger personnel. Gravity-driven, lever-operated full-width top-and-bottom capture; no false triggering; capture shoes do not damage the belt; suitable for explosion-proof mine environments.
